Valet Parking:
Free valet parking is available Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, at the main entrance for your convenience. To utilize this service, simply pull up to the entrance doors at the front of the hospital. A valet parking attendant will greet you and offer you assistance (if needed) in moving from your automobile to the lobby. The parking attendant will then drive your car to a parking spot reserved for our guests and place your car keys in a locked box at the valet parking desk. When you are ready to leave our facility, the attendant will retrieve your car and return it to the main entrance for your convenience.

Information Desk:
If you are checking in to the hospital for a procedure, please report to the information desk located in the front lobby when you arrive. Staff at the information desk will advise you on whether you should report to the admissions area, or proceed directly to the clinical area in which your procedure is scheduled. Staff at the information desk can also answer any questions you may have and provide other assistance as necessary.

Admissions:
After reporting to the information desk, you will directed to the admissions area, just off the lobby. When you check in, an admission representative will obtain personal and insurance information as well as required signatures on consent forms. The questions asked are necessary for our records and for legal and reimbursement requirements. As part of this interview, you will be asked to provide your insurance, Medicare or Medicaid cards. Our goal is to make this process as simple and easy as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. The admissions department is open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled admission time. It is your responsibility to pre-authorize your admission with your insurance company by calling the telephone number on the back of your insurance card.

Tobacco-Free Campus:
Regional Health is committed to providing a safe, healthy and healing environment for our patients, employees and visitors. We are pleased to announce beginning May 31, 2006 we will be a tobacco-free campus.
Tobacco use will not be permitted on Regional Health property. We will ask that while you are on our campus you refrain from the use of tobacco. Thank you for your support in making our communities a healthier place to live, work and visit.
