The American Diabetes Association recognizes our educational service as meeting the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education. The RCRH Diabetes Education staff will provide you with the tools you will need to self-manage your diabetes. We do not take over the care of your diabetes while you are in the program but work with you on self-management. A physician's referral is needed for admission to the program.

RCRH Diabetes Education utilizes a multi-disciplinary team to teach self-management of diabetes. This team includes RN's and dietitians experienced in diabetes management. We will assess your current needs and goals. You will work with our staff to develop an individualized treatment plan that will help you succeed in self-management of your diabetes.
