- A maximum of 18,000 ducks will be entered in the race.

Ducks will be launched into Rapid Creek at approximately 2 p.m. on Sunday,
July 31, 2005. The racecourse will be established by the Presenter and will
be approximately 1.5 miles long.

All ducks entered will be provided by the Presenter and shall remain the
property of the Presenter.

Once the ducks are launched they are on their own; attempts to assist
ducks caught in racecourse obstacles will be made by Race Day
volunteers. The race course will close 30 minutes after the first
duck has crossed the finish line and/or is gathered in a duck
trap. Any ducks finishing after that time will not be eligible
for prizes.

A number will be attached to each duck relating to the number on the entry
ticket. Multiple duck entries from one ticket will be assigned additional duck
numbers for identification. The person's name that appears on the entry ticket
corresponding to the first ducks in order of finish will be awarded prizes. A
list of prizes can be obtained from the Presenter by sending a written request
and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Children's Miracle Network, 353
Fairmont Blvd., P. O. Box 6000, Rapid City, SD 57709.

Presenter reserves the right, as its sole option, to substitute
prizes of comparable value. No other substitutions are allowed.
- The combined retail value of all prizes is about $23,400.
Million Dollar Duck: The predetermined odds for this contest will be: 1/3333. If the number on the
first finishing Lucky Duck of the Great Black Hills Duck Race matches, IN EXACT SEQUENCE, one of the
preselected prize-winning numbers, then the winner will be paid $1,000,000.00 payable in twenty (20)
equal installments of $50,000 annually without interest.
