Interview, Photograph/Filming Requests

All news media inquiries must first be initiated with Regional Health Public Relations/Marketing Department. The department oversees all interview, photograph/filming requests, etc. On weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 .m., news media should make their request by calling Pamela Stillman-Rokusek, Media Relations Coordinator, at (605) 719-5639. She can also be contacted through e-mail at pstillmanr@rcrh.org. The Public Relations and Marketing Department can be reached after hours and on weekends for urgent news media requests. If needed, please call Rapid City Regional Hospital's main telephone number (605) 719-1000 and ask the operator to page the on-call PR/Marketing pager to your telephone number.

 
Patient Conditon Reports

Rapid City Regional Hospital patient condition reports, are available on weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., by calling the PR/Marketing Department at (605) 719-5630. After hours, and on weekends, news media can obtain patient condition reports by calling Rapid City Regional Hospital's main telephone number (605) 719-1000 and asking for the Hospital Coordinator. News media must have the patient's name, and correct spelling of the name, to obtain the one-word conditon report. (More information below.)
