For the past 50 years, David M. Dorsett Regional Senior Care has been known for providing
exceptional service to the elders in the northern Black Hills. We take pride in continuing

professional staff is dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive healthcare to the
members of our community.
Our 102-bed care center is Medicare and Medicaid certified. We specialize in short-term,
rehabilitation for patients needing extensive therapies after an illness, surgery or
accident. We provide extensive physical, occupational and speech therapy, plus excellent
long-term nursing care for those adults who require 24 hour nursing supervision and
intervention on an ongoing basis. We are also proud of our reputation within the community
for providing quality care to those residents affected by Alzheimer’s or other dementia-related
illnesses in our secure dementia unit.

Realizing one’s needs for social contact does not diminish with age, we strive to provide a
well-rounded program for persons with varied interests and abilities. Activity personnel
provide an ongoing program of social, recreational and therapeutic activities designed to
encourage the highest level of functioning according to the interests and needs of each resident.
