Belle Fourche Regional Senior Care provides excellent care and offers many services to
those in need of extended, short term, or long-term care. Our 83-bed nursing home is a
Skilled Nursing Facility and is certified for Medicare and Medicaid. We have an open
layout that allows residents freedom to move from one end of the facility to the other.
We accept dementia and Alzheimer residents upon evaluation. All of our exits are equipped
with alarms.
Some of our unique advantages include an onsite clinic staffed by physicians and physicians'
assistants. We also have lab and X-ray facilities located under the same roof.
We have physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy located onsite as well.
Our experienced therapy team will rehabilitate your loved one to their fullest potential.
Our Registered Dietician and Food and Nutrition Service Director monitor all residents
nutritional needs. All dietary staff are either trained as Certified Nursing Assistants or
educated in assisting your loved one at meal times.
Our nursing staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care possible. We have a
full and progressive activity schedule, monitored by the Social Services Director. We also
have onsite laundry services. Our whole staff works as a team in order to provide the best
care possible for your loved one.
