Wall Clinic is a family practice rural health clinic staffed by a certified nurse practitioner. The Clinic's hours are 8:30 a.m. to Noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Wall Clinic is managed by Rapid City Regional Hospital.

The Wall Clinic is located in downtown Wall (two blocks south of Wall Drug) which is approximately 50 miles east of Rapid City, S.D.
