Silverleaf Assisted Living Center is located in Philip, SD with some of the most

units are smoke free and have added security/safety features with a personal call
system, fire and smoke alarms as well as a sprinkler system.
The tenants of Silverleaf enjoy all the benefits of independent living in addition to
cooked meals, nurse aide assistance 24 hours a day and medication aid. We also have
reasonably priced transportation available through Haakon County Prairie Transportation
Service. They provide a 14-passanger handicapped-accessible bus available for
